Law On the accession
Law No. 113/2012 of 22.11.2012 "On the accession of the Republic of Albania to the Nagoya Protocol On Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization" consists on the draft Law that states the country is acceding to the protocol, also containing as the Annex the text in Albanian language of the Nagoya protocol. The translation of the Nagoya Protocol text is done by official tranlators and is certified by the translation office at the Ministry of Justice.
